I have been to SDNB VAISHNAV college for women to give a valedictory speech.

The topic is ” lean management and organization effectiveness “

I made students understand the concept using anecdotes and real-time examples.

Lean management is all about reduction of cost, wastage and increasing efficiency in production.

I gave an example of wastage that is “the biggest wastage is what you can be and what you are “

Everyone understands that they have great potential.

I also insisted that organizational effectiveness is doing right at the first time.

I thanked the organizers for having given an opportunity to inspire 250 young women.
